Foodgasm: Molten Strawberry Banana Fruit Yogurt

I'm sure every one of us who lives in the Philippines is experiencing the intense summer heat.  Summer is great when you're at the beach. However, when you're just staying at home or walking around the city, the heat is unbearable. Sometimes, I wish I could just fit inside the fridge. Haha! 

In my desperate move of trying to beat the heat, I came up with a new recipe, which I'm not sure if I named it right (refer to the post's title). LOL. It's easy and it's perfect for this weather. 


If you're concerned about your diet though, I can't promise you this is a healthy choice. But hey, it has bananas, and you know they're good for digestion. Not to mention, the yogurt has live micro-organisms that also make your tummy happy.

You are almost there.  Top it off with crushed grahams and sprinkles, then put it in the fridge (at least this one fits).
