A day trip to Pangasinan is quite unthinkable given the 5-hour bus ride, but it actually is possible. The urge to witness the blooming sunflowers pushed Neil and I to leave the city at six in the morning on a Sunday. We boarded the Five Star bus to Tayug, Pangasinan, from their terminal in Cubao. After a few naps, we finally made it to our destination. Tayug was our bus's last stop, so from there, we rode a tricycle to the famous Sunflower Maze. The trip was more or less 30-minute long.
